How to read these records

The record

Louisville Metro Public Health inspects restaurants, groceries, school cafeterias and other food establishments and publishes each inspection with its score and grade. This site gathers them into one record per establishment.

Status

Inspected food establishment. An inspection describes one visit on one day; it is not a rating of the business today. The text of violations and the inspector's name are not shown.

What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
